Hi, I'm Amanda, a passionate mother of two who is on a journey to prioritize my health and well-being. While I may be carrying a few extra pounds, I am determined to embrace a fitter lifestyle and set a positive example for my children. Every day, I strive to find the balance between being a dedicated parent and taking care of my own physical and mental health. It's an ongoing process, but I believe in the power of small steps and consistent effort to achieve lasting change.

Fitness has become my sanctuary, a space where I can challenge myself and find solace amidst life's demands. I've developed a deep love for working out, and I continuously seek new and exciting ways to make my exercise routine enjoyable.
